Additional Leased Premises definition

Additional Leased Premises means the land surrounding and adjacent to U▇▇▇ ▇, depicted on the site plan attached to and made a part of this Exhibit as the area shaded in g▇▇▇, which includes parking lots, driveways and other areas within the larger area designated as Common Elements in the Condominium Declaration. The outer boundaries of the Additional Leased Premises are described by metes and bounds on the last page attached to and made a part of this Exhibit. All land within those outer boundaries, other than Unit 4, is included in the Additional Leased Premises.

The eastern boundary of the Additional Leased Premises runs along the same line as the eastern boundary of Common Lot A, as shown on the Tentative Map. The western boundary of the Additional Leased Premises runs along the same line as the western boundary of Parcel 8 and Parcel 7, as shown on the Tentative Map. The northern boundary of the Additional Leased Premises runs along the center of an existing or proposed driveway which is situated between Parcel 8 and Parcel 9, as shown on the Tentative Map. TOGETHER WITH, easements appurtenant to the Building 8 Ground Lease Premises as described in Exhibit A attached to the Ground Lease. Additional Leased Premises means any portion of the interior of the Building (as viewed from the interior of the respective Additional Leased Premises) bounded by the interior sides of the unfinished floor and the finished ceiling on the applicable floor of the Building, the centers of all Common Walls and the exterior sides of all walls other than Common Walls that the Tenant may lease (other than the Leased Premises) in the Building pursuant to the Tenant's exercise of the Right to Lease Additional Space.

Additional Leased Premises. “A” shall mean that portion of the Fifth (5th) Floor of the Building containing an area of approximately One Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty-Two (1,552) square feet, outlined in red on Schedule “A” and being Suite #520.
Additional Leased Premises. The additional premises leased by Lessee pursuant to this Second Amendment consist of approximately 21,975 rentable square feet of office space (hereinafter, the "Second Expansion Premises") located on the 7th floor of the Building and more specifically depicted on the attached Exhibit "A".
