Examples of Additional Grantor in a sentence
Each member of the Group that is required or elects to become a party to this Agreement pursuant to the Secured Debt Documents shall become an Additional Grantor, with the same force and effect as if originally named as a Grantor herein, for all purposes of this Agreement upon execution and delivery by such member of the Group of a written supplement substantially in the form of Annex 1 hereto.
By executing and delivering this Assumption Agreement, the Additional Grantor, as provided in Section 8.14 of the US Security Agreement, hereby becomes a party to the US Security Agreement as a Grantor and a Grantor thereunder with the same force and effect as if originally named therein as a Grantor and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, hereby expressly assumes all obligations and liabilities of a Grantor thereunder.
The execution and delivery of any instrument adding an Additional Grantor as a party to this Agreement shall not require the consent of any other Grantor hereunder.
