Additional Euro Notes means additional Euro Notes (other than the Initial Euro Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial Euro Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof.

• Such Additional Euro Notes shall rank pari passu with the Original Euro Notes and with the same terms as to status, redemption and otherwise as such Original Euro Notes (except for the date of issuance).

Additional Euro Notes means up to |X| aggregate principal amount of |X|% Senior Euro Notes due 2009 issued under the terms of the Euro Indenture after the Closing Date.
