The Additional Escrow Amount, from time to time, together with the interest earned thereon, shall be deposited and held in the Escrow Fund and released in accordance with Articles 4 and 5, respectively.
The Initial Purchasers shall have received evidence that the Escrow Account has been established and the Additional Escrow Amount shall have been deposited or on the Closing Date will be concurrently deposited into the Escrow Account.
