Additional Distributions definition

Additional Distributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(e) hereof.

Additional Distributions means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest (as defined in the Indenture) paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Debentures for such period.

Additional Distributions means the amounts payable to, or credited to an account for the benefit of, the Borrower’s option holders with respect to the option adjustments occurring in connection with the Transactions, and any amounts that may become payable to, or credited to an account for the benefit of, the Borrower’s option holders with respect to any future option adjustments.

Examples of Additional Distributions in a sentence

• In the event Definitive Capital Securities Certificates are issued, payments of Distributions (including Additional Distributions, if applicable) in respect of the Capital Securities shall be made by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto at such address as shall appear on the Securities Register.

• Following the cure of all Registration Defaults relating to any particular Transfer Restricted Securities, the accrual of Additional Interest (and corresponding Additional Distributions) with respect to such Transfer Restricted Securities will cease.

• The Company and the Trust agree that monetary damages (including the Additional Interest and Additional Distributions contemplated hereby) would not be adequate compensation for any loss incurred by reason of a breach by it of the provisions of this Agreement and hereby agree to waive the defense in any action for specific performance that a remedy at law would be adequate.

• Payments of Distributions (including any Additional Distributions) or of the Redemption Price, Liquidation Amount or any other amounts in respect of the Capital Securities shall be made by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto as such address shall appear on the Securities Register or, if the Capital Securities are held by a Clearing Agency, such Distributions shall be made to the Clearing Agency in immediately available funds.

• Xxxx Road GP shall not receive any compensation for its services rendered as general partner of Xxxx Road LP, except for distributions of Net Available Cash pursuant to Additional Distributions, if any.
