Additional Director definition

Additional Director means any individual who is not an Affiliate of any Investor Group or a director, officer or employee of any Investor Group or its Affiliates.

Additional Director means any director whom holders of shares of Series F Preferred Stock and Series G Preferred Stock shall be entitled to elect by virtue of the provisions of Section 1.4.2 hereof.

Additional Director shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(b) hereof.

Additional Director shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(d).
