Promptly following receipt of any Additional Borrower Agreement the Administrative Agent shall send a copy thereof to each Lender.
Subject to subsection (b) of this Section 9.18, each Additional Borrower and the Borrower Representative shall be jointly and severally liable for all such Loans and other Obligations, regardless of which Borrower actually receives the benefit thereof or the manner in which they account for such Loans and Obligations on their books and records.
Any obligations in respect of borrowings by any Additional Borrower under this Agreement will constitute “Obligations” for all purposes of the Loan Documents; provided that in no event shall any Additional Borrower have any liability with respect to the Obligations of the Borrower or any other Additional Borrower.
