Additional Borrower definition

Additional Borrower means a company which becomes an Additional Borrower in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Borrower means any Additional Credit Party that incurs or issues Additional Indebtedness under any Additional Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns.
Additional Borrower has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

More Definitions of Additional Borrower

Additional Borrower means a member of the Group which becomes a Borrower after the date of this Agreement.
