Additional 2024 Notes so created and issued will be consolidated with and form a single series with the 2024 Notes.
After the Initial Issue Date, subject to Section 3.3, the Issuer may issue, from time to time, and the Trustee shall authenticate upon receipt of an Authentication Order, Additional 2024 Notes for original issue.

More Definitions of Additional 2024 Notes

Additional 2024 Notes means additional 2024 Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01, whether or not they bear the same CUSIP number.

Additional 2024 Notes means additional 2024 Notes (other than the Initial 2024 Notes) issued under this First Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 2.06 of this First Supplemental Indenture, as part of the same series as the Initial 2024 Notes.
