Ad Hoc Services definition

Ad Hoc Services means the ad-hoc services supplied by the Company to the Customer under these Conditions as more particularly described in the Order;
Ad Hoc Services means one-off bespoke or custom market research and/or consultancy services provided by Company which are not Continuous Services.
Ad Hoc Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2(i).

  • The surviving spouse of any deceased firefighter, if the spouse has not since remarried, may apply for a firefighter license plate for one vehicle with a rated carrying capacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof that the deceased firefighter was a member of a fire department by either an identification card or letter from the Chief of the fire department.

More Definitions of Ad Hoc Services

Ad Hoc Services means clinical anesthesia services provided on the Site, expressly excluding (i) anesthesia services provided during the Scheduled Shifts, (ii) Overrun Services and (iii) Emergency Services, and including i. on reasonable notice by the Agency, (the content of which will vary depending on the circumstances, as appropriate to meet patient care needs), operating room anesthesia services for surges of elective or urgent surgeries, scheduled on a short term basis;
Ad Hoc Services means the services that may be: (a) ordered by the DCC in accordance with Clause 5 and Part C of Schedule 8.2 (Change Control); or (b) otherwise provided by the Contractor in compliance with its "fix first, discuss later" obligation in accordance with paragraph 2.1.10 of Part A of Schedule 8.7 (Co- operation) and Part C of Schedule 8.2 (Change Control);
Ad Hoc Services means ad hoc services and/or services explicitly designated as such which is based on time spent and material utilised to execute such service and required by SARS from time to time which includes without being limited thereto, the provision of the Training Services, Professional Services and/or any other component of the Services required by SARS during the Term, subject to SARS’s procurement governance processes and procedures;
Ad Hoc Services means the services which are provided by NEPRO Limited to the Council which are not Through-Put Services and which may include (without limitation) implementation services, additional training and specification writing and such services will be invoiced to the Council in accordance with clause 4.1.
Ad Hoc Services means any of the following services requested by a direct life insurer and provided by the Authority, or specified person, in relation to the web aggregator:
Ad Hoc Services means additional services required by SARS from time to time, that are related to the Services and procured by SARS during the Term, subject to SARS’s procurement governance processes and procedures;
Ad Hoc Services means services or labour hire of an ad hoc nature that may be requested by the Principal to be performed by the Contractor from time-to-time in accordance with clause 23 and which are not dissimilar to, but are in addition to and not within the scope of, the Services.
