Actual Debt definition

Actual Debt has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
Actual Debt means the Debt as calculated and determined in accordance with Schedule 7 (Completion Accounts);
Actual Debt means the indebtedness of the Debt Finance Recipient under the Debt Financing Documents (without any double counting).

Examples of Actual Debt in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not at any time permit the Actual Debt Service Coverage Ratio to be less than or equal to 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Actual Debt Expenses shall be reported at the end of the FISCAL YEAR in which the reimbursement occurs, and such Debt Expenses will be charged against applicable Expenditure Plan line item reimbursement limits.

  • The Borrower will not at any time permit the Unencumbered Pool Actual Debt Service Coverage Ratio to be less than 2.00 to 1.00.

More Definitions of Actual Debt

Actual Debt means the indebtedness of the PPP Cos and FinCo under the Debt Financing Documents (without any double counting).

Actual Debt means Closing Indebtedness, as determined in accordance with Section 2.6(a).
Actual Debt means the value of the Debt of STP and Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, on November 30th, 2015, to be determined according to Section 3.
