Acts definition

Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the Company;
Acts means the Securities Acts or equivalent securities regulatory legislation of the Qualifying Jurisdictions and “Act” means the Securities Act or equivalent securities regulatory legislation of a specified Qualifying Jurisdiction;

Acts means the Companies Act 2014 and all statutory instruments which are to be read as one with, or construed or read together as one with, the Act;
