Acts definition

Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the Company;
Acts means the Securities Acts or equivalent securities regulatory legislation of the Qualifying Jurisdictions and “Act” means the Securities Act or equivalent securities regulatory legislation of a specified Qualifying Jurisdiction;
Acts means, collectively, the 1933 Act and the 1940 Act.

Acts means the Companies Acts and every other statute, order, regulation, or other subordinate legislation from time to time in force concerning companies and affecting the Company.
