Active Client definition

Active Client means a customer for the introduction of whom the Introducer actively mediated so as for the Company to enter into a financial contract.

Active Client means a Client who has made a minimum of one Completed Transaction during the payment cycle. ‘‘Agreement’’ shall mean this Introducing Partnership Agreement.

More Definitions of Active Client

Active Client means a client who has funds in their INGOT Broker Account and/or has traded on their INGOT Broker account in the last twelve (12) months;
