Acquisition Inquiry means, with respect to a Party, an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information (other than an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information made or submitted by the Company, on the one hand, or Parent, on the other hand, to the other Party) that would reasonably be expected to lead to an Acquisition Proposal.

More Definitions of Acquisition Inquiry
Acquisition Inquiry with respect to any Person means an inquiry, indication of interest or request for nonpublic information (other than an inquiry, indication of interest or request for nonpublic information made or submitted by or on behalf of the Buyer) that could reasonably be expected to lead to an Acquisition Proposal or an Acquisition Transaction with respect to that Person.
