Merchant will not access and/or utilize the Acquiring Services for illegal purposes and will not interfere or disrupt networks connected with the Acquiring Services.
Under Network Rules, the Company does not own the Card account, Cardholder, personal, or other payment transaction information generated when a payment transaction is processed using the Acquiring Services.
For the duration of this Agreement, First Data grants the Company a personal, non- exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Gateway Services, the Gateway Software, and the Gateway Documents, strictly for the purpose of First Data's provision of Acquiring Services.
