Acquired System definition

Acquired System means transmission and distribution facilities acquired by the Company as a result of its merger with Cap Rock Energy Corporation; provided, however, that the term “Acquired System” shall not include any FERC Assets.
Acquired System means any other Wastewater system or facility, including any distribution, general or transmission facility, acquired by the Authority pursuant to State law.
Acquired System has the meaning set forth in SECTION 6.19.

  • Acquirer agrees that if Acquirer sells, transfers or otherwise disposes of an interest in or all or any part of the Acquired System during the term of the GGA, Acquirer shall execute (and shall cause the Person acquiring such interest or part to execute) an acknowledgment substantially in the same form and content as this Acknowledgment and otherwise acceptable to Producers, acting reasonably.

More Definitions of Acquired System

Acquired System means any electrical power generation, transmission and/or distribution system acquired by the Authority and/or any such facilities hereafter constructed or otherwise established by the Authority pursuant to the Act.
Acquired System means any water procurement, treatment, storage or distribution system or sewage collection, transmission or treatment system, or any combination thereof, acquired by the District pursuant to State of Tennessee law.
Acquired System shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.05(b) hereof.
