Acquired Party definition

Acquired Party means the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company and any member of a Relevant Group.
Acquired Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.22(i).
Acquired Party means the Party that was the subject of such Change of Control, together with any entity that was its Affiliate immediately prior to the Change of Control.
