Acquired Obligations definition

Acquired Obligations means those United States Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness, Notes, and Bonds--State and Local Government Series and other direct, noncallable obligations of the United States of America that may be purchased to accomplish the refunding of the Refunded Bonds as authorized by this ordinance.
Acquired Obligations means Government Obligations purchased to accomplish the refunding of the Refunded Bonds.
Acquired Obligations means noncallable, nonprepayable Government Obligations purchased to accomplish the refunding of the Refunded Bonds.
