Account Customer definition

Account Customer means any Customer which the Company provides Account Services in respect of a particular Booking and which shall include any representative of the Customer which makes the Booking or uses the Services pursuant to such Booking.

Account Customer means the person or persons to whom an Account has beenprovided and any successors in title or other person from time to time assuming the rights or obligations (or both) in connection with that Account;
