Accord. With respect to any Person, any agreement, contract, negotiable instrument, legally binding and enforceable commitment, arrangement or understanding, to which said Person is a party or by which it is bound, either written or oral, including each and all of the amendments thereto.

Accord form of Certificate of Insurance shall be provided to Owner on or before EDC plus ten (10) Business Days; provided, however, the words "endeavor to" must be deleted from the cancellation section of the form.
