Accord definition

Accord means the agreement between certain accreditation bodies that: • Recognises the substantial equivalence of accreditation systems of signatory organisations and the engineering education programs accredited by them; and • Establishes that graduates of programs accredited by the accreditation organisations of each member economy are prepared to practise engineering at the entry level.
Accord. With respect to any Person, any agreement, contract, negotiable instrument, legally binding and enforceable commitment, arrangement or understanding, to which said Person is a party or by which it is bound, either written or oral, including each and all of the amendments thereto.

If any of the foregoing insurance coverages are required to remain in force after the date Acceptance of all Cities has been achieved, an additional certificate evidencing continuing of such coverage shall be submitted to Owner prior to the date Acceptance of all Cities has been achieved.
