That the Accommodation is no longer available (for example, due to a sudden sale of the Accommodation by the Accommodation Provider, a duplicated reservation or bankruptcy on the part of the Accommodation Provider).
The Accommodation User must use the Recreational Facility and the services relating to the accommodation in a due and proper manner; the Accommodation User may not make any substantial changes to the Recreational Facility without the consent of the Accommodation Provider.
The Accommodation Provider will provide the Accommodation User with the Recreational Facility in a condition fit for proper use and will enable the Accommodation User to fully exercise its rights associated with the accommodation.
