Accidental Discharge definition

Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this ordinance which occurs by chance and without planning or thought prior to occurrence.
Accidental Discharge means any discharge at a flow or concentration which could cause a violation of the discharge standards in this code or any discharge of a non-routine, episodic nature, including, but not limited to, an accidental spill or slug.
Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this article into the "Community Waters" or to the "Waters of the State" which occurs by chance and without planning or consideration prior to occurrence.

Examples of Accidental Discharge in a sentence

  • Theft; Falling Objects; Accidental Discharge or Overflow of Water from Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning or Household Appliance; and Freezing of Plumbing or Household Appliances.

More Definitions of Accidental Discharge

Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this chapter into the county separate stormwater system which occurs by chance and without planning or consideration prior to occurrence.
Accidental Discharge means an act or omission through which waste or other substances are inadvertently discharged into water in the state.
Accidental Discharge means any unintentional discharge that could result in potential problems at the POTW and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) a chemical spill to floor drains or which will enter the POTW; or (2) an unexpected discharge including slug loading that could cause POTW problems.
Accidental Discharge means a discharge not caused by the fault of any person, and one that could not have been prevented by any means suggested by common prudence, which would interfere with the operation of the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (AWTF).
Accidental Discharge means any unintentional discharge that could result in potential problems at the POTW Treatment Plant and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) an upset in operation which places a User in a temporary state of noncompliance; (2) a chemical spill to floor drains or which will otherwise enter the wastewater treatment system; or (3) a discharge including slug loading that could cause treatment system problems.
Accidental Discharge means the firing of a firearm, air gun, or bow and arrow, at a time when the “insured” does not intend to fire.
