Accidental Discharge definition

Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this ordinance which occurs by chance and without planning or thought prior to occurrence.

Accidental Discharge means any discharge at a flow or concentration which could cause a violation of the discharge standards in this code or any discharge of a non-routine, episodic nature, including, but not limited to, an accidental spill or slug.

Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this article into the "Community Waters" or to the "Waters of the State" which occurs by chance and without planning or consideration prior to occurrence.

• Within five (5) working days of notification to the Central Valley Water Board, the Permittee must submit an Accidental Discharge of Hazardous Material Report.

• Fire; Earthquake; Explosion; Lightning; Windstorm; Hail, Flood or Water Damage; Direct Impact of Vehicle; Aircraft or Vessel; Riot or Civil Commotion; Vandalism or Malicious Mischief or Accidental Discharge of fire protection equipment.

More Definitions of Accidental Discharge

Accidental Discharge means an act or omission through which waste or other substances are inadvertently discharged into water in the state.

Accidental Discharge means a discharge prohibited by this chapter into the city separate stormwater system which occurs by chance and without planning or consideration prior to occurrence.
