Accessible Parking Space means any parking space that meets current minimum Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking requirements.

Accessible Parking Space means the parking space with the associated EV Facilities intended for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, and which parking space is for identification purpose only shown coloured Indigo and marked “ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE” on the DMC plans annexed hereto and certified by the Authorized Person;
Accessible Parking Space means a designated parking space identified by prescribed signage which is reserved for the exclusive use of persons with an accessible parking permit;

Accessible Parking Space means a parking space designated under this By-Law for the exclusive use of a vehicle displaying a Accessible permit in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act and the regulations made thereunder and in this By-Law.
