Access Right definition

Access Right means non-exclusive licences and user rights to Foreground or Background, which rights shall not include the right to sublicense unless otherwise agreed upon in the Project Agreement;
Access Right means the right to have an investment in the territory of the other Contracting Party.
Access Right has the meaning set forth in Section 5(f)(ii)(A).

Examples of Access Right in a sentence

  • Anything not identified in Attachment 1 shall not be the object of Access Right obligations regarding Background.

  • Anything not identified in Annex 1 shall not be the object of Access Right obligations with respect to the Background.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Diligent may terminate the Agreement immediately upon providing written notice to Client if Client breaches Section 12 (Confidentiality) or Section 4 (Access Right; Restrictions), and Client may terminate the Agreement upon providing written notice to Diligent if Diligent breaches Section 12 (Confidentiality).

  • Anything not identified in Annex 3 shall not be the object of Access Right obligations with respect to the Background.

  • If the CfD Counterparty or its appointed representative is not able to gain access within three (3) hours of first using the Metering Access Contact information, then the Generator shall be in breach of its obligation to permit the CfD Counterparty to exercise the Metering Access Right.
