Access Fees definition

Access Fees shall have the meanings as defined in the MP Core annex (document number LES-ANX-20356)
Access Fees means the Capital Fee paid to the Grantor by the Grantee in accordance with section 9.1 below.
Access Fees has the meaning set forth in the Schedule of Fees annexed to this Agreement.

Examples of Access Fees in a sentence

  • Claims Amount: the amount paid (or payable) for Members’ claims (including fees such as Access Fees, AEA Fees and amounts paid as part of a VBP or in settlement of claims or in satisfaction of a judgment).

More Definitions of Access Fees

Access Fees means the fees paid by the Customer for the Service as specified in this Agreement (including as specified in an Access Order or Quote).
Access Fees means any monthly or other periodic fees or other periodic payments associated with a Subscriber Communicator accessing or otherwise making use of the Licensee System.
Access Fees means a monthly fee paid by Customer to Sabre for access and use a System, the amount and timing of which shall be set forth in the respective Work Orders.

Access Fees means all UR Fees charged or assessed by any Governmental Authority in respect of those portions of the System located on or crossing lands owned or administered by such Governmental Authority including, without limitation, such as are calculated or otherwise based on the number of crossings, the aggregate distance of crossings, land value or the revenue, projected revenue, receipts, income, profits or other amounts calculated in a similar manner, of an Interest Holder or its Affiliates, but shall exclude Property Taxes and Other Taxes and Charges.
Access Fees means fees owed for use of the Subscription Materials, and any other services provided by MedBridge under this Agreement, pursuant to any applicable Purchase Schedules executed in connection with this Agreement.
