Access Agreements definition

Access Agreements means an agreement which sets out the terms and conditions pursuant to which a licensee grants access to a person where the services operated by the letter do not require the interconnection of physical networks.

Access Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.3.

Access Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20(c).

Access Agreements means (i) the Access Agreement, dated as of the Series 20231- Closing Date, by and between the Manager and AssetCo, and (ii) the Access Agreement, dated as of the Series 2023-1 Closing Date, by and between the Manager and InfraCo, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
