Accepted Proposal definition

Accepted Proposal means the concept proposals and documents listed in Annexure “D” and shall include, where applicable, such additions and amendments thereto as may be made by the Lessee with the approval of the Lessor and the Development Investment to be expended for the development submitted by the Lessee, pursuant to and in compliance with this Agreement relating to the construction, development and establishment of the IR2; DA.20190403v4
Accepted Proposal means any document describing, as applicable, the Services that 2H is to perform for Client, the Deliverables that 2H is to create for Client, and certain other materials to be licensed to Client, and that expressly references these Terms and is signed by an authorized representative of each party, as such document may be amended by the parties from time-to-time pursuant to Section 2(d) below.
Accepted Proposal means an ordering document executed by the parties that specifies, among other things, a description of the Professional Services to be provided hereunder.

Examples of Accepted Proposal in a sentence

  • Border Construction Services, shall pay the Subcontractor for performance of the work described within the General Contract, Accepted Proposal or Subcontractor's Agreement, subject to additions and deductions agreed upon in writing by the Subcontractor and Border Construction Services.

  • Subcontractor has sole control of the manner and means of performing the work specified in the General Contract or Accepted Proposal and shall complete it according to its own means and methods of work.

  • If the Subcontractor, at any time, fails in the performance of the terms, stipulations and agreements of the General Contract, Accepted Proposal or this Subcontractor's Agreement or fails to use due diligence in the work awarded them, so as to interfere with or in any way impede Allied Operations of Border Construction Services, and other Subcontractors, this will be a failure of performance.

  • The Contract Fee shall exclude VAT, unless clearly stated to the contrary in the Accepted Proposal.

  • Unless the call-out fees per site visit are agreed in the Accepted Proposal to apply for the duration of any Services to be rendered in terms of such Accepted Proposal, each of the Service Provider’s call-out fee and the additional rate per kilometre levied for travel outside the stipulated 50 (fifty) kilometre radius may be subject to review from time to time, in line with its annual adjustments on 1 July each year.


More Definitions of Accepted Proposal

Accepted Proposal means a Proposal that has been accepted in writing by the Customer, as varied by any Confirmed Changes;
Accepted Proposal means each formal proposal or quotation, including but not limited to a Project Charter, made by the Service Provider to the Customer in writing, on or after the Commencement Date, and accepted and counter-signed by the Customer, setting out the Services required to be performed from time to time, which shall be deemed to constitute an annexure to this Agreement; Provided that where a proposal has been entered into and accepted by the parties as aforesaid and in the absence of this MSA being signed by the parties, the terms and conditions of this MSA shall nevertheless be deemed to be entered into by and between the parties to the aforesaid proposal, despite the terms of this MSA not being formally signed by the parties. [NOTE: Only Accepted Proposals concluded on or after the MSA takes effect, are deemed to constitute annexures to the MSA, with the intention that older proposals will not be covered by the MSA but rather by the applicable Terms and Conditions that apply before conclusion of the MSA.]
