Accepted means a notification made in response to a Material Change Proposal in which a Material Change Consultee states, or is deemed to have stated, that, so long as the scope and detail of the Proposal remain materially unaltered it does not, and will not object to the implementation of the Proposal and will sign the relevant Co-operation Agreement or be deemed to have accepted that Co-operation Agreement.
