Acceptance Test Procedures definition

Acceptance Test Procedures means test procedures specified in the technical specifications and/or by the supplier and approved by EA as it is or with modifications.

Acceptance Test Procedures means, collectively, the acceptance test procedures for the item being tested set forth or referenced in this Agreement or any Schedules hereto, or such other procedures and standards mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

Acceptance Test Procedures means the test procedures and standards set forth in the applicable Statement of Work or such other standards as are agreed upon in writing, to determine whether a Deliverable meets the Acceptance Criteria.
