Acceptance Test Procedures definition

Acceptance Test Procedures means test procedures specified in the technical specifications and/or by the supplier and approved by EA as it is or with modifications.

Acceptance Test Procedures means the benchmarks and other performance criteria used to measure the effectiveness of the Software and the means used to test such performance. Acceptance Test procedures shall be developed by Customer and Licensor jointly.
