Acceptance Note definition
Acceptance Note is defined in clause (b) of Section 2.8.3.
Acceptance Note means an acceptance note to be issued under Clause 9.1(a) of the General Conditions of Contract; “Acceptance Tests” has the meaning given to it in Clause 8.1 of the General Conditions of Contract; “Appendix” means an appendix attached to the Tender Form; “Authorised User” means, in relation to the types of digital certificates referred to in Paragraph 3.7(b)(ii) of the Terms of Tender:
Acceptance Note means a non-interest bearing promissory note of a Borrower substantially in the form of Schedule L delivered to a Lender in the circumstances set out in Section 4.7(a);

Acceptance Note as defined in Section 5.7(b).
