Accel definition

Accel means Accel, together with its subsidiaries, certain investment funds affiliated with or managed by Accel, any other investment fund or collective investment vehicle affiliated with or managed by Accel or whose general partner or managing member is owned, directly or indirectly, by Accel and (iv) any Affiliate of the foregoing (in each case, other than the Company and its subsidiaries).
Accel means Accel Leaders Fund L.P., Accel Leaders Fund Investors 2016 L.L.C., Accel London III L.P., Accel London Investors 2012 L.P., Accel Growth Fund II L.P., Accel Growth Fund II Strategic Partners L.P., Accel Growth Fund Investors 2013 L.L.C. (together with its successors).
