Pursuant to the original terms of Eastern Airlines System Services Agreement, ACCA and Eastern Airlines unanimously confirmed in writing on 13 December 2017 to renew such agreement for one year, pursuant to which both parties agreed to the provision of passenger transport revenue management system services and relevant settlement and clearing services by ACCA to Eastern Airlines, from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
ACCA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
The Eastern Airlines Transactions between ACCA and Eastern Airlines under the Eastern Airlines System Services Agreement are in the ordinary and usual course of business of the Group.
The existing written agreement between ACCA and Eastern Airlines in relation to the Eastern Airlines Transactions will expire on 31 December 2017.
