The following definitions shall be for all purposes, unless otherwise clearly indicated to the contrary, applied to the terms used in this Agreement. Abort Costs means all fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any Series Asset proposals pursued by the Company, the Managing Member or a Series that do not proceed to completion.
The Equity Investor Commitment terminates at the time of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Clause 13, provided that if this Agreement terminates prior to Completion, the Equity Investor Commitment shall survive to the extent Equity Investor is required to pay for Abort Costs.
