ABL Indebtedness definition

ABL Indebtedness means the Indebtedness of the Borrower and the other borrowers party to the ABL Credit Agreement under the ABL Loan Documents and subject to the Intercreditor Agreement.
ABL Indebtedness means any (1) Indebtedness outstanding from time to time under any ABL Credit Agreement, (2) all Obligations with respect to such Indebtedness and any Swap Contracts Incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) and (3) all Cash Management Services (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) Incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral.
ABL Indebtedness means Indebtedness under the ABL Documents.

Examples of ABL Indebtedness in a sentence

  • Permit Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party, or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing Persons, to acquire any ABL Indebtedness, in each case except to the extent that such ABL Indebtedness is immediately cancelled and discharged.

  • Create, incur, assume, guarantee, suffer to exist or otherwise become or remain liable with respect to, any Indebtedness that is secured by a Lien with respect to Collateral, where such Lien ranks (or is expressed to rank) (x) both junior or subordinated in priority to the Lien securing any ABL Indebtedness and senior in priority to the Lien securing the Obligations or (y) other than the Obligations, pari passu with the Lien securing the Obligations.

ABL Indebtedness means any Indebtedness outstanding from time to time under an asset-based facility with advances thereunder based on a borrowing base, the terms of which shall be set forth in a credit or other financing agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Required Lenders (such agreement, and as the same may be further modified in accordance with the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, the “ABL Credit Agreement”).
ABL Indebtedness means, collectively, the “Obligations” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement not to exceed the amount of any such Indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 6.1(k).
