ABL Credit Documents definition

ABL Credit Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the related guaranties, pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, notes and other agreements and instruments entered into in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

ABL Credit Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the “Other Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Credit Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Credit Documents” in the ABL Credit Agreement.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall impair, as between the Grantors and the ABL Collateral Agent and the ABL Claimholders, or as between the Grantors and the Fixed Asset Collateral Agents and the Fixed Asset Claimholders, the obligations of the Grantors to pay principal, interest, fees and other amounts as provided in the ABL Credit Documents and the Fixed Asset Documents, respectively.

More Definitions of ABL Credit Documents

ABL Credit Documents shall have the meaning provided in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Credit Documents means, collectively, (a) the ABL Credit Agreement and (b) the security documents, intercreditor agreements (including the ABL Intercreditor Agreement and the Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement), guarantees, joinders and other agreements or instruments executed in connection therewith or such other agreements, in each case to the extent permitted hereunder and under the Applicable Intercreditor Agreements, as amended, modified, supplemented, substituted, replaced, restated or refinanced, in whole or in part, from time to time.

ABL Credit Documents means the ABL Credit Facility, and each of the other agreements, documents, and instruments providing for or evidencing any ABL Obligation and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any ABL Obligation (including any security, collateral or guarantee agreement or any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations but excluding documents governing Hedging Obligations), to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, replaced or refinanced from time to time.

ABL Credit Documents means the instruments or agreements executed in connection with any ABL Facility (including all security agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, control agreements or other grants or transfers for security in favor of any ABL Agent, for the benefit of the holders of ABL Obligations) and any instrument or agreement executed in connection with any refinancings and replacements thereof to the extent permitted under the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, as each such instrument or agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Credit Documents means, collectively, the following; (a) the ABL Credit Agreement and (b) all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.

ABL Credit Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other Financing Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement and including any similar term used in the ABL Credit Agreement then in existence), any agreement, document and Instrument providing for or evidencing the Bank Product Debt and each of the other agreements, documents and Instruments providing for or evidencing any other ABL Obligation, and any other document or Instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any ABL Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations, to the extent such agreements are effective at the relevant time, as each may be modified from time to time.

ABL Credit Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Credit Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
