ABL Claim definition

ABL Claim means any Claim derived from, based upon, or secured pursuant to the ABL Documents, including Claims for all principal amounts outstanding, interest, fees, expenses, costs, and other charges arising thereunder or related thereto.
ABL Claim means any Claim derived from, based upon, or arising under the ABL Credit Agreement, including without limitation, the ABL Redemption Fee.
ABL Claim means all Claims against any Debtor arising under, derived from, or based upon the ABL Credit Facility.

ABL Claim means the Secured Claim derived from, based upon, relating to or arising from the ABL Credit Agreement.
