The individual proposed as the Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer shall have a college degree (Bachelor’s or above) in civil or environmental engineering (soil mechanics, materials or related specialty), geological engineering, or related field from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university.
