ABCC definition

ABCC means the City or an Agency, Board, Commission or Corporation of the City. Each ABCC has its own relationship with the City and administers important services to the residents of the City.
ABCC means the body referred to in subsection 29(2) of the Act.
ABCC means the Australian Building and Construction Commission referred to in subsection 29(2) of the Act;

Examples of ABCC in a sentence

  • The Contractor must as soon as practicable notify the Commonwealth and the ABCC when: a dispute arises regarding a payment claim submitted by a subcontractor; or there is a delay in payment of a payment claim submitted by a subcontractor, after the date on which payment of that payment claim falls due.

  • The "Workplace Relations Management Plan" developed by the Contractor and submitted as part of its tender for approval by the ABCC in accordance with Part 6 of the Building Code 2016 (and includes a "Workplace Relations Management Plan" as approved by the ABCC).
