ABC Laws definition
ABC Laws means any laws applicable to the Contract relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters (whether or not Buyer is subject to any such ABC Laws) including without limitation the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 (15 U.S.C. Section 78dd-1, et. Seq.), the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010, and the Norwegian Penal Code of 2005, as amended from time to time.
ABC Laws has the meaning given to it in Section 4.2(b).
ABC Laws means the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977, as amended, and any other laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption matters applicable to the subject matter of the Contract.
Examples of ABC Laws in a sentence
You further represent that you shall, and shall cause each of your Affiliates to, maintain policies and procedures, including systems of internal controls (including, but not limited to, accounting systems, purchasing systems and billing systems), designed to ensure compliance with the ABC Laws.
You further represents that you shall, and shall cause each of your Affiliates to, cease all of your or their respective activities, as well as remediate any actions taken by you, your Affiliates, or any of your or their respective Representatives, in violation of the ABC Laws.

ABC Laws means all laws and regulations applicable to the Parties and this Agreement, that relates to bribery or corruption or money laundering, including (without limitation):
ABC Laws means any applicable international, national, federal, state, municipal and local laws, orders, statutes, directives, decrees, treaties and regulations relating to anti- bribery and corruption legislation, including for the avoidance of doubt, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the UN Convention Against Corruption, Inter-American Convention Against Corruption, Group of States Against Corruption (▇▇▇▇▇) and any applicable country legislation implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and any other applicable legislation enacted to enforce or implement any international convention prohibiting bribery and/or corruption.
ABC Laws means (a) the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, 1997; (b) the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 of the United States of America, as amended by the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Amendments of 1988 and 1998 (the “FCPA”); (c) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and (d) any other applicable anti-corruption laws of any jurisdiction in which SBT and its Subsidiaries is conducting or has conducted business.
ABC Laws means: (a) any anti-corruption Law of the Commonwealth of Australia or the State of Western Australia (including any applicable written Law); (b) the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, Pub L No 95-213, §78dd-1 1977 Stat 149; (c) the Bribery Act 2010 (UK) c 23; and (d) any anti-corruption Law of a country which applies to the respective Parties or in relation to this Agreement (and the activities thereunder).

For purposes of this Agreement, “control” of an entity means the direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty per cent (50%) of the shares or interests entitled to vote for the directors of such entity or equivalent power over the management of such entity, for so long as such entitlement or power exists. 2.3 “Agreement” means (1) the written supply and purchase agreement including its appendices, if any, (2) the Purchase Order including its appendices, if any, (3) these Conditions and (4)
ABC Laws means all Applicable Laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, including the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004, or any other public and commercial anti- bribery laws or regulations which may apply, as well as any international anti-corruption treaties such as the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the United Nations Convention against Corruption;
