Abandoned Facility definition

Abandoned Facility means a facility no longer in service or physically disconnected from a portion of the operating facility, or from any other facility, that is in use or still carries service. A facility is not abandoned unless declared so by the right-of-way user.
Abandoned Facility means any inactive solid waste management facility that has not met closure and post-closure requirements.
Abandoned Facility means an underground facility that is no longer in service and is physically disconnected from the operating facility that is in service.

More Definitions of Abandoned Facility

Abandoned Facility means an underground facility that is no longer in service and is physically disconnected from a portion of the operating facility that is in use or still carries service. An abandoned facility has been deemed abandoned by the operator.
Abandoned Facility means any underground utility line or underground utility facilities no longer used in the conduct of the owner/operator’s business and are not intended to be used in the future.

In lieu of permanent abandonment, the City may require PAETEC, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City and without cost or expense to the City, to promptly remove the Facilities and to restore the public property and ROW to a reasonable condition under the supervision of the City.
Abandoned Facility means a business facility where a BEP operator has failed to open the facility without good cause for 24 hours.
