A-2 Noteholders means the holders of record of the A-2 Notes.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Issuer will cause to be distributed all amounts on deposit in the Note Distribution Account on a Distribution Date deposited therein pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement (i) for the benefit of the Class A-l Notes, to Class A-1 Noteholders, (ii) for the benefit of the Class A-2 Notes, to Class A-2 Noteholders, (iii) for the benefit of the Class A-3 Notes, to Class A-3 Noteholders and (iv) for the benefit of the Class A-4 Notes, to Class A-4 Noteholders.
