(a) . Schedule" or an "Exhibit" refers to an Article, a Section, a Schedule or an Exhibit, as the case may be, of or to this Trust Agreement;

Examples of (a) in a sentence

• Advisor agrees to provide the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Services)”.

• As consideration due Advisor for such Services, the Company will provide Advisor with the consideration described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

• A federal immigration verification system means the electronic verification of the work authorization program of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, 8 U.S.C. 1324 a, otherwise known as the E-Verify Program, or an equivalent federal program designated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or other federal agency authorized to verify the work eligibility status of a newly hired employee pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

• A simple change of name agreement will not change the Agreement obligations of awarded vendor.

• Signature (Seal) A Notary Public or other officer completing this certificate verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document to which this certificate is attached, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document.
