2014 Indenture definition

2014 Indenture means the indenture dated as of January 28, 2009 between the Republic of Indonesia, as issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, as amended by the first supplemental indenture dated as of January 5, 2010 and second supplemental indenture dated as of June 21, 2014;
2014 Indenture means the Indenture, dated October 28, 2014, relating to the 4.125% Senior Notes due 2019 of the Issuers, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
2014 Indenture means, together, the trust indenture and supplemental indenture providing for, among other things, the creation and issue of the 2021 Debentures.
