Offer. The contractor's offer is non-binding and is based on the consignment data specified by the principal, current prices, tariffs, exchange rates and other fees of all parties involved in the transport. The prices quoted are subject to the availability of shipping space, cargo space and empty containers. All surcharges mentioned are valid until revoked and subject to the introduction of further surcharges. All freight rates mentioned are only valid for shipping with partners of the contractor. The freight carriers are selected at the discretion of the contractor.

Offer. The offer of the LSP is non-binding and is based on the consignment data specified by the principal, current prices, tariffs, exchange rates and other charges of all parties involved in the transport performance. The prices cited are subject to available shipping space, cargo space and empty containers. All mentioned surcharges are valid until further notice and subject to the introduction of further surcharges. All mentioned freight rates are only valid for shipping with partners of the LSP. The selection of the shipping companies and carriers is at the discretion of the LSP. Multimodal transports and shipments are generally carried out by signing a multimodal bill of lading of Fercam Austria Verschiffungen erfolgen grundsätzlich unter Zeichnung eines multimodal bill of ladings der Fercam Austria GmbH bzw. eines bill of ladings der durch sie vertretenen Unternehmen.

Offer. Our offers shall always be non-binding until the written confirmation of the respective purchase order; (purchase) agreements shall not be deemed entered into prior to the issue of a purchase order confirmation. We shall be eligible to refuse each job within 8 days following the receipt of the same, without giving a reason thereof. If differing from the purchase order, the content of our agreement confirmation shall be deemed approved unless the Customer submits a written objection within one week following the receipt thereof. All data in our catalogues, pricelists and drawings, and all weight and dimension specifications have been processed with due care. However, we cannot exclude an error, changes in structures and dimensions. ▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇ assumes no responsibility for these whatsoever.

Offer. Our offers are generally non­binding. All details in offers, brochures and price lists have been carefully determined by us, but are not binding without express written confirmation. In any case, we reserve the right of prior sale.

Offer. 1. Our offers are subject to alteration, cost estimates are without commitment and - unless otherwise expressly agreed - liable to costs. Dimensions, packing dimensions, weights, illustrations, simulation results and drawings are only binding for the execution if this is expressly confirmed in writing. 2. We reserve the property rights and copyrights to cost estimates, drawings and other documents. They may not be passed on to third parties or otherwise made accessible.

Offer. 2.1 With a request for quotation EMCH Elevators Ltd asks the supplier to submit, in his capacity as a specialist, an offer free of charge. The offer must exactly comply with the request and specification of EMCH Elevators Ltd; in the negative, the supplier shall explicitly draw EMCH Elevators Ltd’s attention to any deviations thereof. If in his offer the supplier fails to specify a time limit for quotation, it shall be binding for 60 days.

(2) Drawings, figures, dimensions, weights and any other service data shall be non-binding unless this has been expressly agreed in writing. (3) The prices indicated in our price lists shall be subject to change without notice any time if economic changes should so require. The consumer price index 2020 published monthly by Statistik Austria or the index replacing it shall serve as a measure for calculating the stable value. The starting point for value stability is the index figure of the consumer price index 2020 valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. Due to the strong daily fluctuations in the price of diesel, the contractor’s offer is based on the variable average price for diesel fuel according to the fuel price pub- lished by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (Treibstoffpreise aktuell (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇)) on the day the offer is submitted. The contractor therefore reserves the right to charge surcharges due to rising diesel prices. All surcharges mentioned are valid until revoked and subject to the introduction of further surcharges.
