Distributor shall have the non-exclusive right to authorise the use of excerpts from the Film for the purpose solely of advertising and publicising the Film in the Territory during the Term in any medium in respect of which Rights have been granted to the Distributor, provided that such excerpts shall not exceed the time limit set out in the Deal Terms; and be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of directly promoting the Film. Such exploitation of clips in the Film can only be used insofar as any music embodied therein has been expressly cleared for promotional usage. For the avoidance of doubt, Pathe shall be entitled to license excerpts and clips from the Film of any duration and in any manner whatsoever in the Territory at its discretion and without reference to the Distributor.

The. “User” is an overall term for clients that have downloaded the mobile app PIDLítačka to the relevant device; the Users are further divided by the volume of the use of the Services. When these Conditions speak generally about a User, it is considered that the provision is valid for both Registered and Unregistered Users.
2.2.1 An “Unregistered User” is already identified by the installation of the mobile app PIDLítačka. This is primarily a User that does not create an account. In the case that after the recommendation of the Operator the User does not create an account in the mobile app PIDLítačka or he registers but he does not log in to his account during the use of the Services or he refuses to keep the installation identifier of the mobile app PIDLítačka, then his status is assessed as an Unregistered User.
2.2.2 On the contrary, a “Registered User” is a User that has created his account. A Registered User obtains additional benefits by creating a User Account, e.g. receiving invoices via e-mail, enhanced security of Tickets, transferring of Tickets to different Devices (to Devices of another Registered User or to another Device due to the loss, theft or destruction of the Device), etc.
