Survival Vzorová ustanovení
Survival. Sections 4, 5, the warranty limitation in 7(a), 7(b) 7(c), 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18 shall survive termination or expiration of this EULA.
Survival. Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement for any reason, rights and obligations, which by the terms of this Agreement survive termination of the Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect.
