▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of 40 USC § 3141 – 3148.
▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. For all construction contracts awarded in excess of $2,000 when required by Federal Grant Program legislation, both parties hereby agree to comply with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C. 276a to 276a-7) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 5).
▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. For all construction contracts awarded in excess of

When required by Federal Medicaid Program legislation, all construction contracts awarded by the Contractor and its subcontractors of more than $2,000 must include a provision for compliance with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C. § 3141 et seq.) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (Title 29, CFR Part 5, “Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Governing Federally Financed and Assisted Construction”).
▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act a. Standard. All prime construction contracts in excess of $2,000 awarded by non- Federal entities must include a provision for compliance with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C. §§ 3141- 3144 and 3146-3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations at 29 C.F.R. Part 5 (Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction). See 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II(D). The Act provides that each contractor or Subrecipient must be prohibited from inducing, by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion, or repair of public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which he or she is otherwise entitled. The non-Federal entity must report all suspected or reported violations to the Federal awarding agency.
▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. When required by Federal program legislation, Supplier Partner agrees that, for all participating agency prime construction contracts/purchases in excess of two thousand dollars ($2,000), Supplier Partner shall comply with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 USC 3141-3144, and 3146-3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5, “Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction”). In accordance with the statute, Supplier Partner is required to pay wages to laborers and mechanics at a rate not less than the prevailing wages specified in a wage determinate made by the Secretary of Labor. In addition, Supplier Partner shall pay wages not less than once a week. Current prevailing wage determinations issued by the Department of Labor are available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Supplier Partner agrees that, for any purchase to which this requirement applies, the award of the purchase to the Supplier Partner is conditioned upon Supplier Partner’s acceptance of the wage determination. ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. Contractor hereby agrees that it shall comply with all rulings and interpretations of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 USC 276a-5) and that the contractor and subcontractor agrees that all employees shall be paid the local prevailing wages as established by Virgin Islands statutes and laws.

▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. When required by federal program legislation or local program policies all prime construction contracts in excess of $2,000.00 awarded by non-Federal entities must include a provision for compliance with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C. 3141-3144 and 3146- 3148). The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the requirements of the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C. 3141-3148) as amended, with the provisions of Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ "Anti-Kickback" Act (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5•, 40 USC 327 and 40 USC 276c) and all other applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards in so far as those acts apply to the performance of this contract.
