Zones. (1) Counties of Simcoe, Xxxxx, Xxxx, Elgin, Huron, Perth, Xxxxx, Grey, Oxford, and that portion of Wellington southwest of Burloak Line, and the Regional Municipalities of Waterloo, Haldimand-Norfolk and Niagara.
Zones. In addition to their wages, each employee working on jobs in the following zones will receive the allowance shown above to cover their expenses caused by the distance of the job from their usual area of work:
Zones. Airport Administration may establish authorized vendor delivery zones which may, upon reasonable notice to Concessionaire, be changed from time to time because of operational requirements. Use of any such delivery zones by Concessionaire or Concessionaire’s suppliers shall be limited to thirty (30) minutes at any one time; deliveries that will take longer than thirty 30) minutes must be approved by the Airport Director. All vehicles using the delivery zones must be prominently marked.
Zones. Clause 5 of Amendment 2 is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule of Zones in its entirety and substituting the revised Schedule of Zones attached to this Amendment as Attachment 2.
Zones. Zone 1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive Collective Bargaining Agency for all employees in the Xxxx 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx for the present and future Safeway stores) owned and/or operated by the Employer in the Province of British Columbia, with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, save and except excluded personnel and employees under separate certificate. In future stores the Collective Agreement shall be binding on the parties effective the date of store opening.
Zones. The mechanical engineering design shall incorporate perimeter and interior zones, based upon solar exposure, and individual zones for spaces with special heating or air conditioning demands, such as Computer Room; Main Server Room; IDF Rooms; and all conference Rooms and Vendateria.
Zones. This Agreement applies to the entire State of Michigan, which for the purpose of this Agreement, is divided into the following geographical groupings. ZONE 1 is defined as including the following Counties within the State of Michigan: Wayne, Monroe, Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb and Genesee. ZONE 2 is defined as including the following Counties within the State of Michigan: Hillsdale, Branch, St. Xxxxxx, Lenawee, St. Clair, Cass, Berrien, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Jackson, Livingston, Ingham, Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Allegan, Lapeer, Shiawassee, Clinton, Muskegon, Gratiot, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Huron, Bay and Midland. ZONE 3 - Lower Peninsula - is defined as including all of the following Counties in the Lower Peninsula of the State of Michigan, namely: Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Clare, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Grand Traverse, Ionia, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Kalkaska, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Xxxxx, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montcalm, Montmorency, Newaygo, Oceana, Ogemaw, Osceola, Oscoda, Otsego, Ottawa, Presque Isle, Roscommon and Wexford. ZONE 4 is defined as including all of the Counties in the Upper Peninsula of the State of Michigan.
Zones. Creek Channel Zone - The area between the left and right banks of a creek including the wet channel, gravel bars, and vegetated islands. In many cases this is larger than what is traditionally known as the “bankfull” channel (see drawing).
