Your Suggestions. You may from time to time provide to Maximizer feedback or suggestions regarding the technology (including the Software Applications and any other software or systems) or Confidential Information of Maximizer, which may include suggestions for, or feedback concerning, improvements, modifications, corrections, enhancements, derivatives or extensions, as well as branding ideas (“Feedback”). You agree that Maximizer and its Affiliates will have a perpetual, royalty free, exclusive, and transferable license to use such Feedback, without any obligation to compensate You or Your personnel. Maximizer may develop technology, modifications, corrections, enhancements, derivatives or extensions (“Improvements”) and further may also develop branding elements, based on such Feedback, and such Improvements and branding elements, and any intellectual property rights therein, as well as any related intellectual property registrations, will be owned exclusively by Maximizer or its designees. You will sign such further documents as may be required reasonably to confirm such ownership.

Your Suggestions. Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to BERNINA International AG with respect to the Application shall remain the sole and exclusive property of BERNINA International AG.

Your Suggestions. Maximizer will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Maximizer Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including any Users, related to the operation of, or modification or improvement to, the Maximizer Services.

In addition to the license you grant to us for Your Content, if you elect to provide or make available suggestions, comments, ideas, improvements, or other information or materials (collectively, “Suggestions”) to us in connection with or related to the Service (including any related technology), whether you send such Suggestions to us through the Service or through a separate communication channel, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license under any and all rights in and to the Suggestions to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, adapt, display, perform, and otherwise exploit, and to make, have made, sell, offer to sell, and import any products and services incorporating or based on, Suggestions in any manner. Please do not send us such information or materials, if you do not wish to grant us the rights set forth in this Section.

In addition to the license you grant to us for Your Content, if you elect to provide or make available suggestions, comments, ideas, improvements, or other information or materials (collectively, “Suggestions”) to us in connection with or related to the Platform and Q Care’s products and services (including any related technology), whether you send such Suggestions to us through the Platform or through a separate communication channel, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license under any and all rights in and to the Suggestions to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, adapt, display, perform, and otherwise exploit, and to make, have made, sell, offer to sell, and import any products and services incorporating or based on, Suggestions in any manner.

Your Suggestions. CWI welcomes all feedback or suggestions that you may have about curriculums and workbooks and any other aspect of the program or materials, but it is purely voluntary and you have no obligation to provide any feedback/suggestions to CWI. If you do provide CWI with feedback or suggestions, you will be deemed to have granted to CWI an unrestricted, unlimited worldwide license to copy, modify, incorporate into our program and materials, distribute and publicly use such feedback and/or suggestions as CWI sees fit to accomplish the mission and without any financial or other obligation to you, unless otherwise prear- ranged.

This includes, but is not limited to, using Suggestions to develop, improve, and market new and existing products and services.
