YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES. Once the Niche Agreement has been signed it will not be possible to make any changes without the agreement of Mid-England ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd. If you wish to make a change, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If so, we will let you know about any adjustment to the price, any fee for making the change, or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, the provisions of the original Niche Agreement will remain binding.
YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES. If you wish to make a change to the Vehicle that you have ordered prior to delivery, please contact us so we can let you know if it is possible. If so, we will let you know about any changes to the Purchase Price, the timing for delivery or any other necessary information resulting from the change. We will ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change and it will only take effect if it is agreed in writing and signed by us.
YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES. 5.1 If you wish to make a change to the goods you have ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of you placing your order. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the goods, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the Charge of the Device, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see clause 13, Your rights to end the contract).

We will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see Clause 10 - Your rights to end the contract).

These changes will be presented as a variation to your original contract in a Variation order which you will be asked to accept if you are happy to proceed. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see clause 8 - Your rights to end the contract).

YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES. 8.1 If you wish to change the motorhome you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the hire fee of the motorhome, the timing of the hire period or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see clause 10, Your rights to end the contract) but please note that you may still be liable for early termination fees (see clause 8.7 cancellation fees).

5.2 Any changes made to a booking with15 or more days notice of an event will result in a 50% refund. Any changes made to a booking within 14 days of the date on which the services are or were due to start, will result in no refund. Exceptions will be made in matters of mitigating circumstances, such as an injury whereby a doctor’s note is provided.
5.3 Any changes for bookings to residential camps the following rules apply • Within 29 days after booking - 100% Refund • Cancelling 29 days after booking but 90 days BEFORE camp - 5% Service Charge • Cancelling 60 - 90 days before camp - 75% refund • 60 days or less - No Refund
