Your Relationship with Users. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Transportation Services to Users creates a direct business relationship between you and the User. Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to your activities or your Vehicle. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not transport or allow inside your Vehicle individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Transportation Services for such User. You acknowledge and agree that all Users should be transported directly to their specified destination, as directed by the applicable User, without unauthorized interruption or unauthorized stops.

Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, your activities or your Vehicle. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Transportation/Companionship/Assistance Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws including motor vehicle financial responsibility laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not transport or allow inside your Vehicle individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Transportation/Companionship/Assistance Services for such User. Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, your activities or your Vehicle. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Transportation Plus Companionship and Assistance Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance, with at least $100,000 per occurrence coverage, that meets the requirements of all applicable laws including motor vehicle financial responsibility laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible to confirm with your own insurance company that your policy is adequate to cover you while you are delivering Transportation Plus Assistance and Companionship Services. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not transport or allow inside your Vehicle individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Transportation Plus Companionship and Assistance Services for such User. You acknowledge and agree that all Users should be transported directly to their specified destination, as directed by the applicable User, without unauthorized interruption or unauthorized stops.

You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Transportation Services to Users creates a legal and direct business relationship between you and the User, to which Rasier Pacific and its Affiliates are not a party. Rasier Pacific and its Affiliates are not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, your activities or your Vehicle. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Rasier Pacific and its Affiliates may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless consented to by a User, you may not transport or allow inside your Vehicle individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Transportation Services for such User. You acknowledge and agree that all Users should be transported directly to their specified destination, as directed by the applicable User, without unauthorized interruption or unauthorizedstops.
Your Relationship with Users. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Coaching Services to Users creates a direct business relationship between you and the User. Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, your activities or your Equipment. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Coaching Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not provide Coaching Services to individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Coaching Services for such User. You acknowledge and agree that all Users should be present when Coach is providing Coaching Services to User’s minor children and that Coach should follow all reasonable requests of the User in connection with the provision of the Coaching Services.

Your Relationship with Users. 2.3.1. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Transportation Services to a User creates a legal and direct business relationship between you and the User, to which GT is not a party.
Your Relationship with Users. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Snow Removal Services to Users creates a direct business relationship between you and the User. Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, your activities or your Vehicle. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Snow Removal Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws including motor vehicle financial responsibility laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not perform snow-removal services to any individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Snow Removal Services for such User. You acknowledge and agree that all Users’ requests for Snow Removal Services shall be completed in accordance with the directives by the User.
Your Relationship with Users. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Massage Therapy Services to Users creates a direct business relationship between you and the User. Footsage is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you or your activities. As a certified Message Therapist, you shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Massage Therapy Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper (including maintaining adequate insurance that meets the requirements of all applicable laws) regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Footsage may release your contact and/or insurance information to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically authorized by a User, you may not take with you into the User’s location any third party individual during the performance of Massage Therapy Services for such User.
Your Relationship with Users. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of Tuition Services to Users creates a direct business relationship between you and the User. Company is not responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of a User in relation to you, or your activities. You shall have the sole responsibility for any obligations or liabilities to Users or third parties that arise from your provision of Tuition Services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for taking such precautions as may be reasonable and proper regarding any acts or omissions of a User or third party. You acknowledge and agree that Company may release your contact to a User upon such User’s reasonable request. You acknowledge and agree that, unless specifically consented to by a User, you may not tutor individuals other than a User and any individuals authorized by such User, during the performance of Tutoring Services for such User, unless explicitly forewarned so in your service description and communication with such User.
